To view your individual data, type your Data ID into the box at the top right of the module & click enter. If you have ordered from us and are subscribed to our email newsletter list, your Data ID was emailed to you on December 5th, 2024.

The default numbers (ex. 16,010 total ounces) that show up are for New Moon Refillery as a whole business (including delivery orders and both retail locations.)

Here are more details about how we calculated the numbers above.

Your personalized data is based on delivery orders you placed with us between January 1st, 2024 and December 5th, 2024. If you shopped with us in store or at an event, unfortunately that data is not reflected here.

If any of your categories have a 0, it means that you did not order those products from us in 2024.

There are so many ways we could have calculated impact, but we don’t have the capacity to organize the mountains of data! These are definitely not the only ways to have had a positive impact (shampoo bars are not tabulated here, for example.) Let us know if there are any categories you’d like to see next year!

Total Ounces

This is the total number of ounces of refillable products that you ordered throughout the year.

Paper Towel Rolls

One Swedish dish cloth can replace up to 17 rolls of paper towels. To find the number of rolls you saved, we took the number of dish cloths you ordered and multiplied it by 17.

Toothpaste Tubes

A plastic tube of toothpaste lasts an average of 1.5 months. A 1.5-month supply of toothpaste tablets is 2.1oz. To find how many tubes of toothpaste you saved from landfills, we took the total number of ounces of tablets you ordered and divided it by 2.1.

Single-Use Containers

We counted each container (or bag) we packaged your refillable products in as one container. For example, if you ordered two 16oz bags of dishwasher detergent on one order, we counted it as two containers.

Even if you ordered a whole gallon of laundry detergent, it was counted as one container. This gives us a conservative estimate, so this number may technically be higher if you order sizes 32oz and larger regularly!
