Thank you for choosing to refill with New Moon Refillery in 2025! We are excited to share data with you about how you showed up for the Earth this year, based on your real purchase history.

To view your individual data, please refer to the email sent to you from New Moon Refillery on Sunday, December 7th, 2025.

If you didn't receive an email, it means you did not fill out the opt in form texted to you in November, or that you unsubscribed from our email list.

Here are more details about how we calculated the numbers.

Your personalized data is based on purchases you made:

• At our Belmar storefront between February 1st, 2025 - November 30th, 2025 (we implemented our loyalty program in February).
• Online delivery orders you placed with us between January 1st, 2025 - November 30th, 2025.

If any of your categories have a "-", it means that you did not purchase qualifying products from us in this timeframe.

These are definitely not the only ways to have had a positive impact (shampoo bars are not tabulated here, for example.) Let us know if there are any categories you'd like to see next year!

Total Ounces

The total ounces of refillable products you purchased throughout the year.

Containers Saved

The total number of containers you brought in to refill. To get this number, we counted each individual refillable item you purchased.

Paper Towel Rolls

Reusable paper towel replacements save:

• One Swedish dish cloth = 17 rolls of paper towels
• One 12 pack of Unpaper Towels = 72 rolls of paper towels (per year)
• One 6 pack of Unpaper Towels = 36 rolls of paper towels (per year)

To find the number of rolls you saved, we took the number of dish cloths or Unpaper Towels you purchased and multiplied accordingly.

Toothpaste Tubes

A plastic tube of toothpaste lasts an average of 1.5 months. A 1.5-month supply of toothpaste tablets is 2.1oz. We took the total number of ounces of tablets you bought and divided it by 2.1.

Lip Balm Tubes

The total number of lip balms purchased at New Moon Refillery this year.

Dollars Contributed to the Local Economy

When you shop small, $0.68 of every dollar you spend stays in the local economy by creating jobs and paying local taxes. When you shop at a big box store, only $0.43 stays in the local economy.

To get your total, we multiplied your total spend at NMR by 0.68.

Money Saved with NMR Loyalty Program

The total dollar amount you saved with loyalty point redemptions.

When you shop at NMR with your loyalty account, you accumulate 1 point for every dollar you spend. Once you reach 120 points, you can redeem them for $10 off!

Trips to NMR

This one's pretty straightforward - we just counted how many different dates you made purchases in the store!

Eco-Friendly Products

The total number of items you purchased, whether they were merchandise or refillable items.

Refillable product quantities are shown in total ounces, while merchandise products are totaled by the quantity purchased.
