Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges for merchandise that is unused and unopened within 21 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Returns and exchanges are not permitted for purchases made at our Town Hall Marketplace location. We apologize for any inconvenience as this decision is out of our control in the Marketplace setting.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. You must have the debit/credit card you used present at the time of return, if paid by card.

Refills and gift cards are final sale.

We do not issue refunds on the basis of personal preference. We encourage you to purchase sample sizes when possible of both merchandise and refillable items.

Refills are only refundable if the product is defective.

Online orders: To begin the process, please use the contact form on our website and include your order number and the product you are seeking to return/exchange. We do not make separate trips to return/exchange delivery orders unless the product was broken, defective, etc.
