Introducing New Moon Refillery’s very first in-house product!

Designed to nourish and moisturize the skin with minimal dry down time, our formula features:

  • MCT Fractionated Coconut Oil – quick-absorbing oil that moisturizes and spreads easily
  • Sweet Almond Oil – softens skin and supports skin barrier with vitamin E, fatty acids, and antioxidants
  • Apricot Kernel Oil – a lightweight oil rich in vitamin A, providing a silky finish
  • Golden Jojoba Oil – mimics skin’s natural sebum to provide moisturization without any greasiness
  • Vitamin E – antioxidant to protect and strengthen skin barrier – also extends shelf life of product

Pricing: $2.15 per ounce by weight (Fragrance Free) and $4.00 per ounce by weight (Fresh Forest)

Body Oils and Hydration vs Moisturization

Body oils work to moisturize the skin. Moisturization = creating a protective layer to lock in hydration and prevent water loss.

Body oils are not hydrating on their own because they do not contain water or humectants. Hydration = adding water to the skin.

Because of this, body oils work best in tandem with either 1) water on your skin post-shower or 2) a body lotion or cream containing water. The body oil will seal in hydration from water or lotion while providing your skin with nourishing ingredients.

 

Instructions

Use on wet or dry skin daily or as needed. Start with a small amount and add more if needed for quickest absorption – a little goes a long way!

Wet skin: Lock in hydration from water post-shower by applying oil to wet or damp skin. Pat skin dry to avoid wiping off oil.
