2025 Holiday Consignment

New Moon Refillery is a zero waste & refill shop located in the Belmar area of Lakewood.

We’re looking for local makers in the Denver Metro who are interested in selling their giftable products in our store for the 2025 holiday season!

What we’re looking for:

Skincare, makeup + personal care products
Tallow products
Reusable and eco-friendly products of all kinds
Giftable art: stickers, holiday cards, prints, etc (9/30/25 update: we are not looking for more art vendors at this time). We are looking for plantable/seed cards if you make those!
Pet products (eco-packaged dog treats, handmade or upcycled pet toys, etc)
Gifts for kids
Baby products
Beverages and accessories (coffee, tea, etc)
Fabric/reusable gift wrapping
Upcycled accessories
We are not looking for body bar soaps or candles/room sprays as we already have them in store.
Probably a lot that we’re missing! Feel free to submit if what you make isn’t on this list, as long as it makes sense to have in a shop focused on low waste.

Key details include:

Products for sale at New Moon Refillery’s storefront in Belmar (Lakewood)
Consignment model with a 70% (you) / 30% (NMR) split
Agreement through 12/31/25 with the possibility for extension
We will add additional information as we receive questions in the FAQ section at the bottom of the page

We are only looking for a consignment model at this time as a way to carry awesome local products for the holiday season while maintaining a cashflow that can keep our bulk refills in stock.

Consignment FAQs

How does payment work?

We can remit payment to you by ACH, check (takes up to 14 business days), or Venmo. You may choose whichever works best for you.

Payment can be on a monthly or biweekly basis depending on vendor preference.

How does inventory work?

We use Square as our point of sale and for inventory tracking.

Your inventory will be tracked in Square and a full sales report will be sent to you with each payout.

When will I hear back from NMR?

We will review applications once per week and you should hear back from us within 3-7 business days.
