Only credit/debit cards and Apple Pay are accepted at the Marketplace. We are not able to accept cash at this time.
Extra Help
If you are new to refilling or have a lot of questions about our products, we recommend that you book an appointment to ensure that a New Moon Refillery employee will be present.
This is because our shop is staffed by a fellow Marketplace shop owner at most times—they’ll do their best to help you, but won’t be able to get into the nitty gritty.
Container Donations
We accept container donations at our Marketplace location by appointment only. Please read our donation guidelines before making an appointment.
Please do not leave container donations in our shop when we are not present.
